We’d like to share the exciting news that Shift Admin has been acquired by QGenda. We welcome you to the QGenda community and look forward to having the opportunity to partner with you to advance how providers are scheduled, capacity is optimized, and patient care is delivered.

  • First, you can continue to use the Shift Admin platform and QGenda will continue to support and invest in the platform. 
  • Next, there are no changes to how you access Support. You can continue to access Support through your standard channels including:
    • Submit a ticket here
    • Email Customer Support at support@shiftadmin.com
    • Call Support at 888-744-3840
    • When logged into Shift Admin, under the Support Menu select "Tech Support Request"
  • Finally, all Shift Admin team members and leadership will be joining the QGenda team and will continue to partner with you so there will be no disruption to the partnership moving forward.

The acquisition strengthens the value of your investment in Shift Admin with additional opportunity for platform growth, financial backing, expanded access to Support resources and more solutions.
